I had tried several other descaler products and found them to work only superficially. It always required a long soak and then it was never really clean. The light indicating the unit needed to be cleaned would back on in no time. This stuff cleaned it perfectly with one application. I’m just going to keep a supply of these on hand now.

Does what it’s supposed to do

Easy to use, melts off the calcium deposits if you follow the directions, but don’t wait too long between cleanings or you’ll have to use multiple applications.

 Worked Like A Charm – Eliminated Moldy Odor

This cleaner did exactly what was expected. I had some green mold like substance in my humidifier (Air-O-Swiss). After using this product, the mold was gone and so was a moldy odor that was coming from the device.
